Dedicated To Protecting Thatched Property

With over 30 years alarm and security experience in the residential and commercial sectors, Prestige Fire Detection Systems specialize in the installation of early warning fire detection systems and intruder alarms for residential and commercial thatched-roof properties.

UK & Ireland have the largest number of thatched residences in Europe, and our aim is to ensure this strong heritage is sufficiently protected. Having worked closely with insurance companies, National Society of Master Thatchers and specialist suppliers we created the Prestige Falcon as a way to provide early fire detection to both residential and commercial thatched properties.

We operate on a national basis, and have developed a continually monitored early warning fire prevention system that meets all approvals. It is the only system to be 100% approved by underwriters for major Insurance companies, and successfully tested by Chiltern International Fire Centre.
