Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) sophisticated reporting systems inform us daily of the exact condition of your security or fire alarm system, including reports on the mains power supply, battery condition, telephone line connection and overall system operation.
Alarm Response
In the event of a Prestige system being activated it will alert one of our Alarm Receiving Centres immediately. Once the alarm is confirmed (we filter out false alarms), we will contact you, your nominated key holders and/or the appropriate emergency services.
